1. Assistant Manager / Manager- 3-8 years of experience.

Qualification -

- MBA from top tier college or Chartered Accountant

- 3-6 years of experience in debt restructuring or with a credit rating agency

- Strong analytical skills

Job Location - Mumbai

Job Description:

- Support pitching and participate in client meetings for new business

Lead execution of restructuring and debt advisory assignments which would involve :

- Capital structure assessment and rating analysis in the context of restructuring

- Preparation of information memorandum, presentations & other documents

- Liaise and develop relationship with other participants including rating agencies, banks, lawyers

- Mentoring and training the team of associate / analyst

- Maintain high standards of work and ensure regulatory and internal compliance.
