Summary of responsibilities -
- Identify business requirements utilizing real data, compile analysis reports that are documented for the SDLC process and then follow-up on all results.
- Create direct channels of communication to software and application developers that get the job done without managerial interjection.
- Develop comprehensive E2E test cases and define application acceptance criteria.
- Implement a comprehensive management plan for each project and hold regular stakeholder meetings to keep all interested parties updated in project progress.
- Determine and document user requirements for business processes and abide by those requirements for future projects
Required Skills:
- BA Certification from PMI
- Working knowledge on SAP
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exposure to Data Governance projects / implementations experience is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively communicate to all levels of the organization
- Team player
- BA/BS Degree or Equivalent Experience preferred
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
- Strong knowledge of Visio and MS Office suite
- 3-6 years of relevant work experience
- Big 4 / EY experience a plus
- Application Development experience a plus
- Management experience a plus
