Role Purpose
This role is required to manage end to end HR business operations -Handling New joinees & related formalities, recruitment and onboarding, Employee Engagement activities, Performance appraisal, exits etc.
Reports to – HR Manager
Principal Accountabilities
Recruitment support – Managing the entire recruitment cycle – Engaging with various senior stakeholders across service lines to understand resourcing requirements, sourcing candidates from internal referrals, job portals, social networking forums, consultants, conducting and coordinating interviews, pre & post joining formalities and onboarding.
- Driving various internal processes & policies
- Coordinate the Performance appraisal and evaluation process
- Attending to employee grievances and ensuring necessary discipline
- Exit management - Participate and help managers retain key talent
- HR Operations -Managing the HR module of the ERP platform: maintaining MIS and appropriate documentation
Professional Qualifications and Experience
MBA HR (fulltime) from Tier 1/ 2 Institutes (preferred)
In lieu of full time MBA minimum 3 years relevant experience shall be considered
Must have scored 70% + in both Std 10 and Std 12
