Business Development Manager

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- The incumbent will be driving Sales and marketing activities across domestic geography

- Presenting Proposals/presentations and offshore / onsite solutions to the clients

- Responsible for relationship management with the key accounts and new business procured

- He/She would be responsible to build new offshore and onshore services

- Prepare strategy for finding new avenues for revenue generation. Also providing leadership and strategy for business growth and expansion

- The incumbent should have managed multiple onsite and offshore transitions on new clients win.

CRITICAL COMPETENCIES

- Should have done Pre Sales / Business Development

- Hands-on experience in the entire Sales life-cycle including prospecting, lead qualification, requirement understanding, proposal presentation and sales closure.

- Ideally, exposure of working within a multi-cultural environment and exposure in managing clients.

QUALIFICATION & QUALITIES

1. Graduate / Post Graduate in Sales and Marketing with minimum of 8+ year of professional experience. 5+year(s) working experience in BPO/ITES Sector.

2. IT skills must include above average ability to work on Excel Spreadsheets, MS Word. And through knowledge of MS Power Point.

3. Fluent in spoken English and adept at written skills in English.

4. In order to be successful in this role, the Incumbent must be a self motivated, confident, enthusiastic and able to work independently with minimal supervision, be able to train and lead the team forward.

5. Acts with honor and character – A person of high integrity who is direct and truthful but at the same time can keep confidences.
