Manager/ Sr. Manager - Business Development

Responsible for selling for ‘Marketing Solutions’ Vertical to both Indian and International clients-

1. Marketing Solutions Portfolio (Indian) - Logo & Brand Identity, Website Design & Development, Facilities Branding, Marketing Collateral, Event Management, SEO, SMM, PR & Media Relations, Advertising, etc.

2. Marketing Process Outsourcing Portfolio (International) - Demand Generation, Marketing Shared Services,Market Research & Survey, E-Commerce, Mobile Application Development, Application Integration Services, etc.

Job Responsibilities -

1. Managing the Lead Generation Team , Filtering and Preparing Sales Pipeline

2. Building prospect relations in the Indian Market and alliances with Marketing & Research Outsourcing Companies for NA and APAC geographies

3. Value – Gap Analysis and Solution Design

4. Preparing Client Presentations for Meeting Clients

5. Respond to RFPs and RFQs from clients

6. Knowledge and repository Management

7. Research and analysis on potential customers and competitors.

8. Responsible for account mapping, industry analysis and database generation

9. Responsible for delivering presentations, developing technical proposals and creating sales demonstrators

10. Responsible for orientation, training and peer review of team members’ work

11. Flexibility, Resilience and Initiative taker

Desired Profile:

1. MBA (Marketing) from a reputed B-School. Additional degrees in Media & Communications will be preferred

2. 3-5 years of experience of selling Branding / PR/ Web and Digital Marketing/ Advertising Solutions

3. Preference will be given to candidates with experience across different services

4. Excellent client or customer interfacing skills.

5. Excellent analytical skills to capture customer’s requirements and relate to organization’s solutions

6. Excellent team player

7. Demonstrated skills in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word and Excel)

Soft skills required

- Excellent Oral and Written Communication skills, Good client interfacing skills , Pleasing Personality, Energetic and Self driven individual, Self-Motivated and team worker
