Responsibility
- Gather, analyze and present qualitative data to provide strategic insight on Countries, Client, Competitors and New Market.
- Conduct competitive analyses to identify key differentiators and make actionable recommendations.
- Propose and define strategic initiatives based on research findings to senior management and product teams.
- Examined both qualitative and quantitative survey studies to make changes prior to starting field execution
- Analyzed data and submission of executive reports
- Followed up with clients on findings and further necessary research objectives
- Acquisition of new clients from different countries
