Job Description :

- Strong business acumen, with an ability to identify real client needs and goals and provide appropriate technology solutions.

- Experience and ability to understand and clearly articulate the value of complex software technologies ( like SAAS, software –as – a – service )

- Highly proficient with MS Office and web applications like Salesforce.com (or any other CRM), LinkedIn, Jigsaw or Hoovers.

- Conducting Market Research, Internet research Instrumental in screening of prospective clients and converting qualifying opportunities, account mapping.

- Driving New Business generation initiatives for Software services, while directly engaging with the prospects to drive the lead generation, qualification and closures.

- Establishing account presence & hold attention of key contacts.

- Re-qualifying leads from events, mailers other activities.

- Responsible for meeting or exceeding monthly metrics such as setting appointments, lead conversions & identifying new prospects.

- You will own the RFP’s for your region and ensure a good conversion rate

- Focus & drive to achieve targets, budgets and results.

- Technology Awareness on Microsoft technologies, web development knowledge is desirable.

- Engage and maintain relationships with CXO, VP and Director level executives for prosperous business relationships.

- Excellent Presentation skills.

- Excellent in verbal and written English.

- Qualify and nurture sales leads.

Candidate Profile :

- 4 – 6 years of quality sales experience.

- Proven track record in sales prospecting enhancing revenues.

- Excellent telephone etiquette and conversational skills.

- Organizational, communication, negotiation, and problem solving skills.
