Job Description - Reporting into the National Sales Head; your core responsibilities will entail; Managing an assigned portfolio by suspecting, prospecting, negotiating, finalizing and servicing for our clients facility management and food services division.
- Ensuring that our clients budgeted/targeted revenue and GOPs are achieved
- Developing and maintaining professional relationships with new clients for future referral
- Achieving sales, revenue and profitability targets by converting prospective client organizations through effective relationship building with decision-makers.
- Seeking and winning profitable business contracts in the designated territory.
The Successful Candidate - You are a graduate with an MBA from a top tier business school. You have a minimum of 5 to 6 years of experience in sales with a facilities management business. You are well networked within the industry and hold an exceptional market insight to prospect and drive forth the business activity for our client. Besides that you are self driven and extremely motivated.
