Company: One of the largest digital marketing and online media company in the country

The company is seeking a candidate with more than 10 years experience in sales/ marketing in the interactive/digital space with strategic thinking & a consultative approach. This person will generate leads, make capability presentations to the CXOs, create & maintain relationships with customers

- Must have regional experience and strong exposure to local markets at management level within a similar role in the interactive/digital industry

- Having strong, pre-existing contacts among decision makers in the FMCG, Hospitality , Automobile and Healthcare verticals

- Strong communications skills and should be able to confidently present cutting edge interactive solutions to potential customers

- Proven commercial acumen and a track record in closing large sized deals

- Strong background and experience in sales and business development (lead generation, account management, presentation, negotiation, closing deals)

- Capability of working independently with minimum supervision

Responsibilities

- To achieve quarterly targets delivering the right mix of services

- To develop marketing strategies for various regions/ industries

- Lead generation & maintaining a strong pipeline of enquiries, documentation of the same

- Optimizing the sales cycle by effective networking & targeting decision makers in the organization

- Synthesize tie ups with advertising agencies & interactive agencies

- Ensure the complete sales kit is up to date

- Work with Pre Sales and Account Services to proactively develop and propose value-added ideas/insights to cross sell/ up sell to key accounts on a regular basis

- Act as prospective clients' focal point of contact

- Identify new regional service lines/ offerings by the interactive industry

- Maintain a database of competitors & intelligence on the same
