My client is engaged in the business of Business Analytics and Strategy Consulting.
It is focused on providing tangible business outcomes using platform based, high end analytical modelling to solve complex business problems.
Its key customers in an enterprise are the CEO, COO, CMO, CRO, Head of Strategy and Corporate Development. Whilst its sweet spot is firms with revenues between $100Mn and $10 Bn- it does work with global MNCs especially in growth markets
Markets: US (2), GCC (1), India (1)
Role Definition:
- Deliver bookings of $3 Mn (TCV) and revenue of $1 Mn in the first year- progressively ramping up in 3 years to bookings of $10 Mn (TCV) and incremental annual revenues of $3 Mn. Build and maintain premium pricing in the market place.
- Special focus would be on Research based Strategy Consulting services like Growth/ Entry Strategies, Inorganic Growth Strategies etc.
Previous Experience
- Individual Contributor Role
- Demonstrable track record of having delivered tangible results for a knowledge based services firm that uses a global delivery model
- Extensive experience of CXO selling- having consulted, engaged CXO in business outcome engagements that are both strategic and operational; clear delivery record on TCV booking and yearly revenue realizations per the business plan.
- Industry depth in BFSI, Communications, and Energy (preferably, should have been a Business Executive in one or more of the mentioned industries at a senior leadership level)
- Should be comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment.
