Position Summary – General Manager (Premier Club- HNI, UNI, NRI, Corporate segment)
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual, with a proven track record in a senior sales role, to join our team as GM of Sales. The person will lead and manage a sales team, be responsible for achieving our ambitious growth plans, and engage with the Senior Management Team to develop and implement sales strategies that we achieve and exceed budgeted levels of sales growth. This role is all about setting up complete sales and back end parent company processes to kick-start the business. This also involves leading the team of Sales professionals for sales to customers. We are looking for a dynamic person to fill this position.
This role umbrellas the entire sales process from beginning to end
a. Lead Generation to Closing Sales,
b. Introducing and maintaining brokers, referral partners, network distributors and prospects.
c. Devising our go to market plan for our services, driving and coordinating the pace of execution
d. Achieving target levels of new business through effective management of a team of sales professionals,
e. Implementation of Sales Strategy that addresses different geographical sales coverage
f. To recruit, spire, develop, manage and motivate a growing team of sales professionals, network distributors and introducers, who will deliver high standards of sales services across all identified markets and service lines
g. To regularly report achievements versus budget forecasts to the Senior Management Team.
