We have an immediate requirement for the positions in Business Development role specificaaly for Market Research projects – Financial Sector with a leading financial KPO at Mumbai.

Education: Essential MBA / Post graduate with Exp of 9-12 yrs in Market Research/ Project Management/ Transitioning & People Management

Roles & Responsibilities

- Responsible for business development and generating business across UK & U.S Market

- Lead the Research vertical with complete ownership for driving projects & formation of operating plans.

- Manage service delivery, people and business growth for the Research vertical

- Responsible for people management & manage the day-to-day workload of the Research team and balance demand and capacity as needed

- Manage key relationships with stakeholders

- Solicit ongoing feedback on delivery and communicate the same to the team for improving delivery quality and standards
