Job Description:
- Responsible for achieving defined sales targets and growth both in terms of revenue and profitability
- Participate in Defining and Executing corporate sales strategies
- Conduct marketplace research
- Identify and enlarge Customers/Clients Base.
- Customise and Deliver service offerings to prospects and Customers/ Clients
- Network and Establish Business Relationships with the Top Management across identified Industry Verticals (Target Top 500 Companies in India @ Level of CEO/CXO, Director/Head - SCM)
- Develop pricing and business models based on customers/ Clients needs.
- Proactively respond and follow-up on customers/ Clients needs resulting in Customer/ Client Delight.
- Work closely with Solution Design Team to win new client accounts and maintain and improve client relationships.
- Responsible for carrying out the prospect mapping, pipeline mapping, proposals in line with customer requirement, preparation of reports, cost analysis, negotiations and closure of deal.
- Facilitate Identification and development of services and solution offerings and Respond to RFQs and Tenders and RFIs etc.
- Sensitise Internal Organisation and Vendors towards Customer’s/ Client’s Needs
- Collate and Analyse MIS to augment Sales Strategy.
- Responsible for timely and accurate first invoicing AR collections and bad debts resolution
