Desired Profile:
We are looking for a go-getter who can do Business Development activities on PAN India basis. The candidate should preferably have good knowledge of recruitment and staffing industry. An ideal candidate is someone who should have worked with recruitment firms for selling consulting services. Candidate must possess good presentation and communication skills , should have good knowledge of Microsoft Excel. He should have a positive attitude & should be goal oriented, Extrovert with High Energy Level proven track record of reaching targets
Job Responsibilities :-
- Meet assigned revenue targets by generating business from new and existing clients
- Research and communicate information about target sectors, customers and competitors
- Prepare a strategic plan and execute the same, direct communication, face to face meetings, telephone calls, emails and social media
- To Identify & target prospective clients for selling company services. Set up of meetings with appropriately qualified contacts
- To build relationship with the heads and key decision makers of the corporate
- Partner with relevant team members to create winning proposals
- Anticipate and recognize any client objections in order to close sales
- Coordinate opportunities from prospect to engagement
- Effectively negotiate with multiple levels of executive management within prospective client organizations
- Communicate the status of opportunities, clearly articulate next steps and discuss potential risks with the account management team
