During last one and half decade India Center foundation has taken several unique initiatives to catalyze new interactions at all levels between Japan and India based on empathy and mutual respect. Taking various initiatives to encourage mutual understanding, cooperation, and trust, we aim to motivate both nations to evolve a new Socio Economic Framework of development that is energy-efficient, environmentally responsible and sustainable through a partnership that will grow organically by utilizing and synergizing their unique strengths. Japan and India will form the foundation for the unity of Asia ,contributing to peace, stability and economic vitality in a rapidly changing world.

Brief Description

- The incumbent will act as Business Development Manager.

- The overall scope of assignment is execution of various tasks on the vision and mission of organization pertaining to the Business Model Generation, Execution and Financial Strategy.

- Special focus will be designing, implemention and to create detailed business/development models/ work plans in place.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Based on strong understanding of business model generation in social sector, recommend systems, processes for resource mobilization and sustainability of the initiatives.

- Explain and educate potential supporters various initiatives development programs of the organization.

- Prepare and present regular reports containing in-depth analysis on various business options and recommendations for the board of the organization.

- Strong in Proposal writing skills.

- Strong in designing and presenting Ideas using powerpoint and Info graphics, etc

Desired Skills & Experience

- A passionate ,zealous, out of box thinker , Team player, hard working

- MBA in Marketing & Sales plus relevant work experience of 3-5 years

- Prior Work experience in Social Sector would be a plus

- Strong Presentation Skills

- Strong Client Management Skill
