'The Recruiters' has been in the recruitment business since the past 7+ years. We specialize in offering Recruitment Solutions catering primarily to companies in the services sector, sourcing candidates at the middle and the senior management levels. We are based out of MGF Megacity Mall, Gurgaon.

We have the opening for Manager - Business Development (Power Sector) - Big 4 in Gurgaon.

The job description is as under:

- Own the business development/pursuit process and generate Revenue month on month from the accounts.

- Lead in both formulating account strategy and executing the plan

- Must leverage the Firm"s key initiatives and cross-functional services for clients

Required Qualifications:

- Is familiar with trends and issues that create opportunities to add value to the client"s business

- Makes clients and their needs a primary focus of one"s actions; initiating, building and sustaining productive client relationships resulting in delivering quality service and ensuring client satisfaction (Client Focus)

- Last 7-10 years should have been spent in managing the clients at the 'C' level of clients in the northern region.
