About our Client - Our Client is a leading healthcare company with a specific focus on infectious disease products. They strive to develop safe, effective, affordable, and sustainable vaccines for developing countries. They are a global research driven pharmaceutical company and are looking to recruit a business development manager to drive their business in the country.
Job Description - Reporting into the Head of Business Development, you will be responsible for:
- Successfully scout, negotiate and execute deals and transactions
- Work closely with the Head of Business Development, to develop a strategic BD plan
- Monitor global vaccine technologies and market trends
- Drive alliances, collaborations, licensing agreements and possible joint ventures
- Work closely with key stakeholders
The Successful Candidate - You will have an MBA degree and have atleast 4 years of business development experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry. You should have proven sales experience and a thorough understanding of deal structures. Further, you should have direct hands on experience with contract negotiations. Further, you should have an entrepreneurial personality and exceptional communication skills.
