We have urgent opening for a ITES Client for BDM UK/US non-voice. Job details are given below-
Education :
MBA / PGDBM in Marketing Management.
Total Yrs. of Experience:
- Hands-on experience on US / UK Processes & Business Development in “NON-VOICE” BPO / ITES organization.
- Overall Experience of 4-6 years in Marketing / Business Development in “NON-VOICE” BPO / ITES.
Yrs. of relevant Experience Must be working in the capacity of Asst. Manager-B.D for 2-3 years or, Manager-B.D for 1.0-3.0 years, in the said Industry.
Functional & Mandatory Skills:
- Functional / Technical Skills: Sales / Business Development Skills, Ability to carry out Research and Analysis of Market data based on Internet Research Methodology, International Industry Directories and other media, International B2B Calling experience with the US / UK based clients with an objective of developing business relations, Proficiency in keeping track of industry news and events, Good exposure to QMS & ISO Quality Standards.

Brief Job Description:
- Generate Client leads. to identify opportunity points and potential clients for business association, Client Interaction & Client Management, Customer visit & International B2B Calling, Pilot Co-ordination, Strategy planning Account wise, Competition account mapping, Proposal Submission, Pricing Negotiation with Client, Co-ordination with Operations team for Customer requirement, Invoicing & Receivables Management, Achieving Sales Target, Ensure that the assigned targets in all internal standards are met, identify potential areas for process improvements and highlight them to the VP.

- Managing Director / Director
- Level of Coordination Operations Head
The candidate (s) must have good business contacts in BPO-ITeS sector (particularly Non-voice segment) & must be able to bring in new business to the Company within a short span of time after taking up the assignment with our Company.
