Position :- Business Development Manager

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. To create customised marketing strategies, pricing strategy, competitive advantage, brand building, premium service niche etc. and accountable for strategies and marketing objectives.

2. Developing market intelligence, key accounts, competitor information.

3. To manage and take responsibility of all clients, managing and delivering all aspects of their marketing requirements and building excellent client relations.

4. Marketing (adding up new clients) developing a database of existing as well as new clients.

5. Should be able to generate and maintain strong cliental database

6. Develop marketing proposals as per clients requirements

7. Maintaining payment data for all clients ( follow up for outstanding payments )

8. Develop SLA for all clients

9. Meetings with senior staff for new ideas/concepts new trends up in market.

10. Maintain a proper portfolio of accounts.

11. Responsible for monitoring MIS/ Daily sales report/ customer satisfaction surveys

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

- 6 -8 yrs of experience in core Sales & Marketing

- Candidates with experience in travel & tourism industry will be preferred

- Female will be given preference
