Job Description - Reporting into the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Increasing the CD4 market share in Government and Private business
- Strategic sales & marketing, development of tender business, existing business and new business development.
- Expanding of distribution network & channel development.
- Promoting the USP of a POCT CD4 system
- Developing a Cost benefit analysis for POCT CD4 system
- Networking, liasoning and developing collaborations with different stake holders like Govt, NGOs, Trade market, Pharma companies, Corporates etc.
- Working on tender submissions and co-ordination with cross functional teams with-in the company (QA/QC, Finance, Production, Marketing and Sales Team)
- Engaging collaboratively with relevant government departments to enlist their support for company's goals and objectives and ensure its goals and approaches remain aligned to public health policy and support national public health impact targets (MDGs, long-term health plans etc.)
- Managing the implementation of a large Tender program like NACO / DHS / DMER / NGO with an emphasis on USP of POCT, quality & after-sales service.
The Successful Candidate - You will have Graduate degree in life sciences / biotechnology / microbiology and an MBA. In addition, you should have 5-7 years of relevant professional experience with substantial experience in CD4 and tender business. Further, you should have strong Regulatory knowledge and technical expertise in diagnostics and marketing. Finally, you should have exceptional communication skills and an entrepreneurial personality.
