Position : Business Development Manager – Indian Sub-Continent
Pakistan, Shri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal, Maldives
Experience:5-10 Years

Qualifications: Only looking for Tier-1 Institutes like: IIM’s, Symbiosys ,IMT,FMS,MDI,Xavier,NMIMS,TISS.
The position, based in New Dehli, requires 30% travelling.
Main missions
- Full responsibility to manage and develop sales of in Pakistan, Srri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal, Maldives
- Boost sales development and market-share growth in the region managing an existing network of distributors (& a potential to expand to new markets).
- Define and manage the budget & the P & L for each market: increase Turn-Over, Operating Income and Cash flow while keeping marketing budget under control.
- Monitor the quality of the distribution: validate the appropriate retailers, ensure the efficiency of products’ assortment, guarantee the service level in visual merchandising and deliver high-quality training in line with Brand’s standards. Get a complete understanding of the distribution channels in the region.
- Develop and grow the strategic Brand’s private boutiques’ Network.
- Define and implement marketing strategies both above the line (media and PR plan) and below the line with a specific emphasis on retail development (validate corners, ensure flawless trade marketing). Optimize the Brand’s presence in the most high-end POS where phones are distributed and in the franchisee’s boutiques where lifestyle accessories are sold. Integrate the communication on lifestyle accessories within the Brand’s communication.
- Manage properly the inventories and receivables according to the group guidelines
- Provide relevant feed-backs and reporting on product development needs and marketing tools.
Candidate’s profile
- 5- 8 years working experience minimum- including a sales management & field experience - in the luxury or in the FMCG industry.
- Previous international exposure is a must have.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a high level of commitment and energy.
- The candidate should be a self-starter with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- He/she should be an open-minded, very adaptable & well dealing with ambiguity
