Business Development Manager:

Job Description:

- Responsible for getting business through different online marketplaces/job boards like Elance, Guru, Odesk, Etc. for IT Services (Web, mobile and software domain).

- Responsible for generating business via various sources from international market.

- Generating lead, devising RFP/RFQ and scope of work documents and closing the deals.

- Able to create new channels and alternate revenue methods

- Should have in - depth knowledge of understanding of web solutions

- Should be able to provide initial quote and coordinating with project team to get estimations if required.

- Complete understanding of the sales cycle of the business from bidding to .

- Generating potential leads and gathering their project requirements.

- Knowledge of preparing attractive business proposals and submitting for Client's Review.

- Excellent Analyzing, Web Research skills needed.

Required Candidate Profile

- Mandatory to have an experience on Elance/Freelancer/Odesk.

- Should have very good communication skills.

- Responsible for addressing leads, scoping of projects and identifying any gaps in the client requirements.

- Interaction with leads and bring them to logical conclusion.

- Should possess experience in international sales.

- Should have knowledge of web development technologies & Internet Marketing.
