Job Description :-
- Acquisition of institutional clients (Group business), Ecommerce- sourcing business through online channel, with demonstrated skills in operations providing sales support & hands on experience in CRM
Core Competencies:
- Business Development : Acquisition of institutional clients (B2B)
- E-commerce : Sourcing business through online channel
- Operations
- Customer Service Orientation
- Suggesting & Implementing cross selling & up selling marketing initiatives (ATL & BTL), to promote online insurance business
- Equip all partners with all necessary training & documents to work seamlessly
- Analyzing and addressing the issues related to lapse, cancellations & claims
- Monitoring persistency & taking new initiatives to increase the persistency on a regular basis
- Suggesting & Implementing new initiatives to improve user experience on the corporate website(sales portal)
- Tracking industry competition in the online insurance business arena
- Setting up & Streamlining the operational activities to be more efficient & productive
- Propose and implement new product ideas & modifications to remain competitive in the market
- Feasibility check on new proposed products w.r.t. to its target group & regulatory environment
- Launching, monitoring & analyzing customer feedback surveys
Skill Set: Possess excellent interpersonal communication & customer orientation skills.
Education : MBA (Preferred)
CTC : Up to 7 LPA
