Position: Business Development Manager (BDM) - Corporate
Responsibilities and Essential Duties:
- Must have managed a portfolio of Large medium enterprise’s (LME)
- Ability to generate leads through prospecting calls.
- Develop business plan & sales strategy for the assigned market to ensure attainment of corporate sales goals and profitability.
- Take the ownership of generating revenue independently in order to meet or exceed annual targets.
- Develop and execute account strategies to maximize Healthspring’s win rate in corporate opportunities.
- Manage complex, multiple influences in sales opportunities for buy-in from all customer stake holders.
- Make high impact presentations to effectively position Healthspring enterprise solutions to LME’s.
- Coordinate the development of comprehensive proposals in response to corporate requirements.
- Must have strong corporate relationships & be able reach CXO level of LME’s.
- Maintain MIS of all sales activity through daily activity reports, lead tracking, call planning & funnel management to meet month on month sales targets.
- Maintain sufficient knowledge and understanding of the health market, products and potential impacts of new and competing market solutions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams of marketing & service delivery in creating high impact corporate events.
Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree; MBA in Marketing (preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years enterprise solution selling experience in Telecom, IT (software and services), Corporate Insurance, HR Solutions to large medium sized corporate.
- Ability to present defining end user solutions with clear value propositions that provide tangible ROI.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be highly motivated, possess positive attitude and have excellent organizational skills.
