About our Client - Our Client is a Fortune 500 company with a global presence. They are market leaders in the chemicals and specialty materials segment and have a diverse portfolio of products. They are recognized as an employer of choice and are looking to hire a BD manager for their India business.
Job Description - Reporting into the Director, you will be responsible for:
- Pursuing business opportunities in new areas and assist global development teams to access Indian opportunities.
- Building relationships with Indian JV/acquisition targets.
- Developing New Business Development strategy and processes for India.
- Developing and delivering India commercial plan for new business / products.
- Identifying realistic resource requirements and timing to meet market requirement.
- Building relationships with selected Indian business groups in their business units and sourcing/R&D functions.
The Successful Candidate - You will have a BTech in Chemistry with an MBA from a reputed institution. In addition, you should have at least 10 years of experience in the chemicals industry. Further, you should have an entrepreneurial personality with excellent communication skills.
