We are IT Products SME based in Bangalore and operate in BFSI domain. We are in a fast-track growth phase. We are looking at doubling our operations and are looking Business Development Professionals for our company.
Job Description and Requirements:
- Sales & marketing enablement role .
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Organise and attend client meetings striving to challenge current thinking in order to deliver unique propositions.
- Work with the client on the optimal solution liaising with internal specialists to present easy to understand information back to the client, identifying the
- Will be targeted on the revenue generated from contracted sales of both software and services.
- Will need to persuade both clients and internal contacts to move towards “win-win” situations
- Will need a strategic mindset to understand the requirements of large multinationals and how this impacts individual teams.
- Supplement the businesses knowledge of the market and customer needs with further research and investigation to understand and better define the
- Work as part of a team while also displaying the drive to achieve individual targets.
- Experience in working with North American or European customers in a consultative role
- 5+ years of work experience
Experience
- MBA with 5-10 years of experience particularly in sales and marketing
- Project Management skills
- Exposure to working in rapidly changing environments, possessing proven change management skills
CTC - Max 14 Lacs (including minimum 30% variable)
