Job Profile :
- Mentor new RMs during take off
- Guide and motivate the new RMs through his/her experience of handling sales calls, product and process knowledge
- Facilitate RMs understanding of products & processes. In case of gaps, ensures product / process related re-training is done in co-ordination with respective teams.
- Ensures statutory training requirements & compliance standards are met
- Accompany RMs on joint calls & ensures Cluster Manager's involvement
- Monitor and evaluated performance of RMs & ensure they meet their Take off targets / fixed monthly targets
- Co-ordinate with support functions to help the new RMs to settle
Desired candidate profile :
- Product knowledge (PWM type candidate)
- Experience of team handholding
- Good communication skills
Experience of 3-4 years
Preffered Industry - Banking / Broking / Insurance
Package : 5.5 LPA + Performance Bonus + Allowances
Reporting to : Zonal Head
