Job Description:
- Responsible for selling our solutions to academic institutions, test prep companies, corporates and governments organizations
- Drive sales activities with key stakeholders by identifying their requirements and offering our solutions mapped to those requirements
- Manage an existing team of very smart and passionate sales people. Contribute to the implementation of the sales plan and lead/customer management system. Identify and close new organizations and companies as clients and strategic partners
- Provide world-class customer support
- Work cross-functionally to articulate and develop new assessment opportunities that meet clients’ needs
Required:
- Deep network of the education & professional training and coaching industries’ C-Level executives, and across the HR community across India
- Excellent track record in developing and executing strategic sales plans across the education & training industry
- Strong analytical skills with proven ability to enhance customer value and demonstrate results
- Outstanding teamwork, organizational and interpersonal skills with tremendous attention to detail
