JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Work in an individual role to generate and convert leads in India and US
2. Leverage the contacts, especially in service industry, to pitch for Analytics projects
3. B2B meetings and presentations with the top-most leadership teams in corporates
4. Account planning, development and customer relationship management
5. Identify different routes to business creation; creating and maintaining relationships for the same
6. Create a strong follow-up process and execute it to remain in touch with the prospects
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERTISE:
1. Total work experience of 8+ years with at least 2 to 3 years of work experience preferably in the Business Development for ‘Analytics’ or similar consulting services
2. Proven experience of generating business in India and US
3. Ability to interact with clients at senior level
4. Articulate and capable of presenting to groups in person or using virtual tools
5. Strong relationship-building, communication, organizational, negotiation & collaboration skills
6. Knowledge of analytical, quantitative techniques & statistical analysis techniques, a plus
7. Excellent communication and relationship management skills
8. Attends industry conferences and events to establish the “TransOrg” brand
9. Ability/willingness to travel globally/locally to establish or manage relationships
