We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager for the Sales team of our IT MNC client. For this role, we are looking for high-energy individuals who want to share ideas and build exceptional products to meet the specific needs of the customers. The ideal candidate will have experience selling software solutions to Managed Service Providers (MSPs), IT/ITeS companies and large enterprise.

Should have the ability to clearly articulate company's value proposition, demonstrate the products and manage their time effectively.

Exceptional prospecting skills along with relationship building and closure skills are desired.

Candidate Background:

Although not a limiting factor, an ideal candidate will have experience of about atleast 8 years selling software solutions to Managed Service Providers (MSPs), IT/ITeS companies and large enterprise customers.

Responsibilities:

- Achieve Quarterly/annual Sales Quota.

- Identify potential customers in the named territory/vertical and generate business opportunities for the company's software solutions.

- Maintain accurate weekly, monthly and quarterly forecasts.

Skills/Requirements

- Graduate degree or equivalent.

- Demonstrated ability in consistently and successfully attaining sales goals.

- Excellent customer relationship and sale closing skills.

- Ability to work well in a team environment.

- Ability to quickly learn technology and business value proposition.

- Self starters and responsible individual, needing minimal supervision, with a drive to succeed.

- Must be driven, self-organized and disciplined.

Remuneration:

Best in the industry and will not be a limiting factor for the deserving candidates.
