Business Development Executive (US Process)
JOB PROFILE:
Experience: 2 - 5 years of Marketing Experience in IT Industry
Responsibilities:
- Good understanding of US staffing business, sales process and recruitment process.
- Identify new clients for providing staffing solutions.
- Analyze requirements from clients, assign and have a close follow through with hiring teams
- Work closely with hiring team to ensure delivery meets clients' expectations.
- Develop relationships with hiring / business managers of clients
- Meet revenue and bottom line targets
- Self motivated with strong work ethics
- Extensive Experience in cold calling, and negotiating.
- Decent understanding of information technology systems.
- Ability to work effectively with team member
Candidate Desired Skill:
- Must be self-directed, team player and capable of exercising regular use of discretion and independent judgment.
- Must have successfully worked in partnership with a number of Account Managers/Business Developers.
- Must have strong people relationship skills, ability to team with technical recruiters and other support people, and proven commitment to quality, ethics and professionalism.
