About our Client - Our client is one of the leading companies in production and marketing of Polyester Films and Specialty Polymers .Recognized as an innovator they have been on an exponential growth path. They are currently looking for the Head Business Development for there Film business.

Job Description - Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for:

- Assist in formulation of business strategy and preparation of 1-3 year business plans.

- Securing long term contracts with new customers/OEMS/Institutions

- Identify opportunities to increase sales of high margin products.

- Work closely with R&D ,manufacturing and sales team for effective product trials and rapid commercialization

- Providing strategic inputs in various high impact projects.

The Successful Candidate - You will be a University graduate with a B.E/B.Tech in Chemical Engineering and with a Management degree from a top tier B-School. You should have at least 15-18 years of total work experience . Prior experience in dealing with OEMS/Institutions in domestic and overseas markets is a must.A person from the FMCG/Chemical/Paints industry is preferred. You must have good communication skills and should be capable of eventually embracing a multitude of potential roles.
