It has been growing at a large scale since its advent and has expanded operations not only in India but in 92 countries of the world.

The business is now looking for a rising star to take up the position of Leader for their Indian market. With their outright success in production of surfactant specialties, the role promises a progressive path for an able individual and reports into the Director-HPC Global.

Titled Head-Business Development based in Mumbai, the role is responsible for:

- To identify opportunities, tie-up strategic sources and create market for “Outsourced” Products.

- To collaborate with the Business Creation, Innovation, New Projects & Technology, Conversion, Sourcing, Logistics & Commercial Teams to achieve the business goals of focused Product Groups.

- To effectively lead “Innovation Process Business Management” and drive product development.

- To be in tune with the market trends & consumer needs and come up with innovative ideas and recommend new projects/products

- To organize and handle advance launch of products. Look after the value proposition to maximise profits

- To support the organization’s expansion plan by setting up and managing physical facilities across locations for the focused Product Groups and strategize outsourcing processes for better returns

What you must have:

- Science/Engg background with a mandatory management PG/MBA

- At least 13-16 years of total experience with at least 10 in home & personal care ingredients. It will be preferred if the individual comes from an FMCG + HPCI background.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Effective Team management skills.

- Extensive travelling both national & international
