Position: Business Development Executive -Client Acquisition/Management
Location: Bengaluru (Bangalore)

On the dynamic expansion path, the company is in need of a Business Development executive to bring in prospective clients and partner with them on their needs and contribute towards a successful growth of the company along with a mutual beneficial career path.
Job Description:
Job roles and responsibilities:
- Identifying the right companies in the target market.
- Identifying the decision maker in the company.
- Maintenance of central document and huge client database.
- Act as a focal point for the collection of information from various sources.
- Establishing first level contact with the person via pre-call email, Email, Cold call & post-call.
- Account mapping and Management, Relationship Management and Customer Mining.
- Handling Accounts as an Account Manager.
- Submitting the profiles from Delivery team to the client.
- Getting feedback from the client, passing it to Delivery team, scheduling & arranging the interviews for the candidates if need arise.
- Engage target clients and obtain business requirements.
- Working with Back round Verification process.
- Position Radiant's offerings against the company's initiatives.
- Excellent customer handling skills preferably in delivery roles
- Attend and actively contribute to strategy, status, and follow-ups on the development.
- Cooperating with onsite Business Development Manager to identify and convert prospects into customers.
- Work closely with corporate executives and senior management to develop proposal responses and targeted messages that convey a customized approach to all business pursuits.
Candidate Requirement:
- Good Communication Skill with keen learning attitude
- Be able to follow procedures and documentation.
- Self-motivated, Systematic, Organized, Sincere, Dedicated and an excellent team player.
- Open to travel as the business requires
Educational qualifications:
- Masters in Business Administration (MBA), HR/Marketing
- BBA/BBM or any degree with experience in Business development role
Exposure: 0-2 years as an executive in Business development/IT solutions/IT Recruitment
