Finitiatives Learning India Pvt. Ltd - FLIP/www.learnwithflip.com is a senior IIM alumni startup, we offer India's largest range of e-learning and certifications in Banking & Financial Services (BFS).We are totally (capex+opex) profitable; and have marquee relationships: co-branding with the NSE for 3 certifications; a unique, first-time Content Partnership with Infosys Finacle the core banking platform used by over 140 banks across 73 countries. Our 7500 + user base is across young professionals and B2B clients. We launched less than 2 years ago.

Job Description

With some experience in Banking /Finance, you're bored with the daily corporate grind. You want to conceptualise and sell an idea independently, constantly innovate rather than being a small cog in a very large wheel.

The job:

- We are working to set an industry standard for finance education. A senior IIM alumni startup, we offer today India's largest range of e-learning and certifications in Banking & Financial Services (BFS).

- Business Development is key especially B2C. You will have to lead, manage sales channels/partnerships, and figure out economical(we are a start up!) and intelligent ways to reach out to the target universe (we have a conservative estimate of ~ 17 million by 2013). We aim to achieve a revenue target of INR 100 crores over 5 years.

- You'll also constantly research the market to figure out business opportunities. BD includes B2C,B2B and Online Sales SEO,SEM,Social Networks etc.

- Add to that a young startup atmosphere, where you will experience a range of activities - working on new products, retail events, capital raising..based out of the beautiful environs of Mysore.

Desired Skills & Experience

Who you are:

A premier B-school alumnus with:

- 3-5 years prior experience in BFS

- A keen interest in education.

- Energetic, target driven

- A willingness to work hard we mean, really hard!

- An understanding of the start-up mentality and a passion to work with such a set-up.

- You are intelligent, solid and dependable.

- You're driven, but the means matter. You want to be in a place where you¡¦re not just a cog in the wheel.

- You're grounded, sincere and have a sense of humour.

- The big car and the fancy designation matter. But you¡¦re willing to work and wait for them.
