BCP Advisors - Compliance Role - Private Equity/AIF - CA/CS

We at BCP Advisors are looking to hire a CA/CS for the Compliance Manager role for our new India-focused Private Equity Fund to manage AIF compliance.

Established in 2006, Beacon India Private Equity Fund (https://beaconindia.in/) and its Managers have been investing in India for the last 15+ years and have managed US$390mn+ investments. BCP Advisors - Beacon's India-based advisory firm is looking for a compliance professional to join its team in Gurgaon, India.

It is ideal for candidates who have relevant prior experience in AIF/Private Equity and has a good understanding of Financial Control, Compliance and SEBI Regulations.

The manager is responsible for managing all operations and compliance work spanning SEBI regulations and periodic regulatory reporting, account opening and management, accounting of fund's performance and revenues, overseeing the statutory and internal audits and as well as attending to existing investor queries.

The manager is responsible for coordination with Legal Counsel, Statutory auditors, External Advisors and Regulators for all compliance queries and support. In addition, the candidate will be involved in fund-level activities, including but not limited to certain administrative as well as vendor management activities.

Experience & Qualifications required:

- CA/CS with 1+ years of experience in managing compliance for (AIF, Private Equity, Venture Capital)

- Knowledge of SEBI regulations for CAT II AIF

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

- Exceptional written, communication and analytical skills

- Capable of working in an unstructured work environment with minimum supervision

Compensation range: INR 6-9 Lakhs
