- To Engage in end to end sales cycle from lead generation, prospecting, requirement gathering, aligning with pre-sales for solution design, proposal drafting, negotiating, order closing, execution and collecting payments

- Customer Prospecting and Mapping

- Ability to sell and market BCIL solution sales - Company presentation, participate in expo/road show.

- Should have an exceptional understanding of their product, market, competitors . They should continuously strive to improve that knowledge and keep up-to-date.

- Create a market for solutions in the supply chain segment of different verticals using suitable data collection technologies for different applications in that vertical.

- Create, maintain and strengthen relationships with major Sis like IBM, Oracle, SAP, TCS etc to promote the range of solutions

- Self-starter able to work with minimum direction and possesses both the desire and the ability to develop constructive ideas.

- Establish a network with other key stake holders within the business to share current information on company products, services and solutions.

- Proactively attend product/service announcements and other informational sessions whenever possible.

- Outline the general understanding of the components of an effective marketing strategy. For our business, which are the most important.

- In executing a marketing strategy, is able to evaluate the various elements of the strategy and adjust to improve the implementation as needed.

- Identify current market trends, impact of mandates, government regulations, keeping track of economic and political trends and changing demographics.
