About the Position:
1. Position Summary :
Generate ideas for visuals, make templates using style sheet, select photographs and keep the track of latest design trends in mind while designing the product with the objective of producing error-free, visually appealing products and consequently increase readership of these products.
2. Areas of Responsibility :
- Planning: Attend meetings for issue plan, discuss and give inputs for visual representation for each story in order to create basic skeleton for the forthcoming issue.
- Photo shoot and selection of pictures: Brief the detail to the concern team to get accurate photos and select photos according to the layout in order to get a good package for the story
- Implementation of final design: Implement the final idea and design the lead visual for the story, give headline (occasionally) to the lead story, assign tasks to the design team, and review pages during page making in order to ensure adherence to the style sheet.
- Special projects: Create template, select photos and create Photoshop imaging, and design special projects in order to produce a visually appealing product.

Educational Qualifications - Required Relevant Experience
