- Selection of Branding and Advertising agency for pre-launch and post-launch marketing needs of the company.
- Handle - A- category customer personally and ensure order conversion.
- Formulate, develop and implement the appropriate marketing strategy for increasing the generation of quality enquiries using all available media.
- Ensure smooth co-ordination of all Marketing, Sales, CRM and other support functions including Legal and Finance.
- Report systematically the sales and collection targets achieved and projections to the Director Operations.
- Manpower planning for the department and induction training.
- Identify training needs of the department's personnel.
- Monitor, guide and motivate the staff reporting to him.
- Achieve high customer satisfaction levels and the methodology of increasing efficiency to be analyzed and implemented.
- Set targets for the field sales staff for sales and collection; monitor sales performance and collections to ensure cash flow.
- Use own contacts and leads for existing clients, generate referral enquiries and establish a large prospective client base.
- Ensure that department achieves Company Sales targets budgeted for the year.
- Monitoring the budget vs actual to ensure that the expenses are within the budgeted amount.
- Liaise with legal and projects departments for updates on project status and implementation deadlines.
- Customer complaints and requirements management which are escalated by his subordinates.
- Evaluate performances of directly reporting subordinates.
- Ensure adherence to the delegation of powers, all company policies and procedures.
- Monitor implementation of the standard procedure.
- Achieve KPIs set by the Director-Strategy.
- Achieve departmental KRAs.
