Bayer - Project Manager - Small Holder Farming

YOUR TASK AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Identification, alignment, evaluation and management of strategic projects which are in line with strategic priorities (key enablers) of the organization under Market Leadership Strategy.

2. Develop & implement PM Methodologies, standards/guidelines & Procedures.

3. Facilitate the development of project concept & project charter, support project leaders in project definition and implementation plans.

4. Gather project status information and conduct periodic project performance reviews.

5. Support preparation of project reports (e g Gate Papers, etc).

6. Organise and coordinate PSCs for status reviews and management approval for progression to next strategy.

WHO YOU ARE:

1. A university degree,. MSc. preferred in Agriculture.

2. English language fluency spoken and written in addition to fluency in the local language(s) is a must.

3. Minimum of 7 -10 years of related professional experience with previous experience in project management.

4. Excellent organizational, prioritization, communication and presentation skills.

5. Ability to relate well with people at different levels of authority and maintain excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
