COMMERCIAL :
- Data Compilation of Customers.
- Achieve Target Sales (Volume & value)
- Price Negotiations & strive for Profitable growth.
- Control DOH : Optimize Inventory as per MU objectives
- Control DSO : Ensure Timely payment from customers , Receivables analysis / reconciliation of customer accounts
- Forecasting & Scheduling of Monthly Production Plan based on sales forecast.
- Inventory control of raw materials/finished goods.
- Build Bayer’s reputation as “Partner of Choice” into local market.
- Strive for profitable growth.
- Work closely with BD to develop / promote cost effective solutions.
- Arranging for Technical Activities/Paper Presentation, Customer Events.
- Educate customers about EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) by organizing HSEQ product stewardship training program at customer site
TECHNICAL :
- Understanding customer requirement to help BD team develop suitable system for local market.
- Support BD team during trails .
QUALIFICATION NEEDED :
- Candidate should know - Tamil language. - COMPULSORY
- B.E Chemical / Postgraduate in Chemistry / with specialization Organic Chemistry /Material Science/ Polymer Technology - COMPULSORY.
- Work experience in either Chemical System Suppliers or Insulation Construction / Slabstock / Specialty Applications of Polyurethane applications.
- Soft skills for interpersonal relations and customer management.
- Willingness to travel extensively and accept cultural & environmental challenges.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Ability to work effectively in teams, diverse groups and other cultures.
