Bayer - Associate General Manager - Taxation

The position is a part of the Tax Community of Bayer in India and is responsible for:

- Tax planning & structuring.

- Tax Compliance.

- Representing all entities of Bayer in India with the Tax Authorities.

- Setting procedures for Business and operations to support tax structuring.

- Structuring legal agreements/contracts.

- Driving tax awareness sessions for Business and Operations.

- Interpreting and updating organization on legislative changes and ensuring immediate implementation.

- Reviewing operational activities.

Eligibility:

- Experience: 10-15 years of relevant experience in taxation function.

- Chartered Accountant - Preferred.

- Complete knowledge of Exise duty, VAT, Indirect tax and service tax.

- Chartered Accountant will be preferred.

- Exemplary interpersonal skills.
