Purpose of the Role :
Responsible for providing HR leadership by executing, streamlining and ensuring consistent implementation of processes and policies for the captive center. To provide HR advice to engage, motivate and retain talent.
Planning :
- Reviews structure, systems, Process, Policies and executes it at the captive center
- Manages budget allocation for people cost for all the functions.
- Drives development & engagement plan of forward-looking center scale up growth plan on consultation with global leads
- Leverages Global Baxter HR strategy, Policies, Practice and direction to design HR strategies for captive
- Develops on-boarding plan and on periodic, "must-do" HR priorities On Boarding
- Effective implementation of 30-60-90 days on-boarding plan; Review and document the progress.
People and systems :
- Leads upgrade and deployment of workday and other technologies, infra., processes
- Develops review plan for regular monitoring
- Leads recognition initiatives for top performing staff and teams
- Improves bench-strength and mentors potential leaders across
- Drives learning, talent development and inclusiveness
Employee Engagement :
- Develops employee engagement plan and maintains optimum call cycles to maintain and strengthen relationships

- Drives adherence to ethics & compliance across the center

Qualification :
