- Battery Smart is India's largest and fastest-growing battery-swapping network for electric two and three-wheelers.
- The company is co-founded by serial entrepreneurs and IIT-Kanpur graduates, Pulkit Khurana and Siddharth Sikka, and targeting the $17b battery swapping market by 2025.
- Starting in June 2020, Battery Smart has completed more than 1.5M battery swaps and is on a mission to make the adoption of electric mobility simple, economical, and accessible.
Manager-Expansion :
Responsibilities :
- Driving expansion of Battery Smart Partner network across the city by planning and executing the best strategies to scale up fast
- Meeting and educating prospects about our Battery swapping technology and various investment
proposals depending upon the type and quality of the prospect.
- Negotiations, execution of contracts and ensuring timely payment realisation from Partners.
- Building and maintaining long term relationships with existing partners and regularly monitoring their performance.
- Tracking and analysing competitors and new technologies around Battery swapping.
Requirements :
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Sales preferably at a fast growing start up.
- Ability to work with aggressive targets and thinking out of the box solutions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Highly Self driven.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
