Battery Smart - Associate Product Manager

At Battery Smart, we are building India's largest and fastest growing Battery Swapping Network for electric two and three-wheelers. The company is co-founded by serial entrepreneurs and IIT-Kanpur graduates, Pulkit Khurana and Siddharth Sikka, and the duo are targeting a $17b swapping market by 2025 by aiming to have a Swap Station at every one square km area in the Delhi-NCR region to begin. Operationalized in June 2020, Battery Smart aims to revolutionize the EV sector by making adoption of electric mobility simple, economical, and accessible through a unique partner-led model.

Responsibilities:

1. Defining product strategy and the roadmap of product development

2. Understanding user requirements and prioritizing them

3. Designing intuitive and experiential product solutions and taking end-to-end ownership of product

4. Prioritizing the implementation taking into consideration user needs and the available resources

5. Keeping user experience at the forefront throughout the product life cycle

6. Liaising closely with the top management to ensure that the product fulfil the larger business objectives

7. Working closely with engineering, marketing, operations and customer experience team to ensure customer satisfaction goals are achieved

Desired Experience:

1. Hands-on experience in building and managing tech products, product strategy, product conceptualization, testing, and product lifecycle management

2. Passionate to build data-driven products from scratch

3. Experience of working in Start-up environment is preferable

4. Domain knowledge - Understanding of Electric Vehicle battery swapping technologies and IoT devices is preferable

5. 3-5 years of similar experience

Location: Gurugram Sector - 44 (Work from office)

Salary: 12-15 LPA
