JD for Project/Product Manager
- Lead the project of setting up Brand.com (for Group Brands).
- As a Project Owner for D2C, you will have complete ownership across all aspect of brand.com and omni functionalities.
- Partner with key cross-functional teams to ensure all relevant organizational goals and implications are factored into D2C project.
- Ensure the successful implementation of project including and managing timelines, scopes, budgets, communications, quality, issues, risks, critical paths, and resource constraints.
- Knowledge of all related tech solution and integration (like OMS, ERP, CRM, POS, Payment Gateway, 3PL logistics etc.).
- Formulate the complete business plan and P&L for D2C (short term & long term)..
- Manage inventory, weekly offers/ discounts, promotional strategies, and actionable insights from weekly analysis P&L responsibility with ownership to drive key business metrics (Conversion, GMV, ASP, Returns, Cancellations, Margins, etc.) for D2C (Brand.com).
- Generate and implement new sales and marketing initiatives to increase D2C sales and profitability.
- Responsible for maximizing revenue on site and maximizing upsell/cross-sell/AOV.
- Responsible for collaborating with cross-functional departments to manage all aspects of the D2C business including, business planning, content strategy and development, promotional campaigns and other online marketing, website design, customer service, web analytics and web technologies.
- Serve as a liaison and primary point of contact within the eCommerce vertical for cross functional partners acting as a project manager to evaluate, prioritize, develop, manage, implement and test D2C initiatives.
- Manage the user experience of the website including site navigation, content development, checkout funnel and promotional campaigns
- Develop and oversee the effective planning, QA and execution of content across the websites and online marketing campaigns to ensure efficiency, accuracy and timeliness of all web content publishing
- Manage all aspects of web analytics related to eCommerce and communicate relevant information to team members, executive leadership and cross-functional partners.
- Working closely with demand planning and warehousing teams in order to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
- Oversee order processing and ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments
Skills :
- 6-12 years in E Commerce with MBA/B-Tech
- Experience at D2C fashion brand is preferred.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Proficient in Power Point & MS Excel
- You're a self-starter and have a strong sense of urgency and ownership to deliver commitments on time
- Sound knowledge of Key Metrics, prevailing procedures and techniques in D2C e-commerce.
- Detailed knowledge of reporting systems for Inventory, Business, Sales, Customer service, Advertising etc.
