- Strong analytical skill and ability in problem solving and negotiation

Responsibilities:

- Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and company

- Manage channel P&L and improve the profitability of the brand through best practices

- Resolving key clients- queries and issues

- Enhance the spread and quality of distribution to improve throughput and retail confidence from existing doors. Manage Channel P&L and improve the profitability of the Brand through retail best practices

- To plan Discount schemes to improve ATV and to achieve Pre & Post EOSS Sell Thru%. Without compromising the COR %

- Optimizing Marketing Budget within Channels for Branding and Promotional Events.

- Optimizing marketing budget within channels for branding and various events

- Closely working with sales team, creative advertising, logistics, inventory to ensure required quantity of materials are being produced and all clients needs met

- To Plan Inventory Dispatch as per sales plan to avoid Loss of sales and to minimize RTV

- Collaborating with the sales team to maximise profit by up selling or cross selling

- Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals and initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders.

- Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed time line

- Managing team assigned to each clients

- Strategic planning to improve client results

- Forecast & track key accounts metrics
