Job Description

The Bata Twenty20 program is a three years management development program for high potential individuals. After an aggressive 3 months on-boarding which includes various trainings (retail, merchandising, store operations, HR, finance and logistics) and store placement as well, the selected applicant will be developed toward specific roles and projects during three years in different countries and be mentored directly by the Country Company Manager which will be a unique development experience.

The Successful Candidate

You should have a Masters Degree or MBA with 5-8 years of working experience with preference for retail, fashion, shoe, or FMCG sector, In addition you would have demonstrated a track record of success in your current or previous professional experience. It's a challenge that calls for a self-starter who will thrive in this diverse and dynamic environment a professional with extensive experience within Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, Retail or Business Development within a multinational set up. You must have exceptional leadership and communication skills to liaise with the senior most management to the people at store. You are passionate about Retail.
