Bastaa - Co-Founder - Business/Operation Head - Education Technology

Who are we? :

Cleder offers crash courses to students to cover for loss of learning at school with a long term futuristic vision in the education industry.

I am the sole founder right now and looking for a dynamic and passionate Co-Founder who can run the show and walk the tough journey with me. Basically, Someone looking for a long term mission rather than a short adventure.

Note hence, if you are looking for salary from Day 1, PLEASE DO NOT APPLY. This is a complete EQUITY based role with NO SALARY till we get funding.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Experience in handling online B2C business

- Creating, managing and executing the business plan

- Excellent personality, communication skills and team-building abilities will be a pre-requisite.

- Experience in running business operations

- Strategic thinker

- Strong drive with excellent interpersonal, communication and team-building skills

- Any experience with marketing activities will be beneficial

- Given the covid situation, most of the work will be work from home for the first few months. So. Location is not a constraint.

- Looking to start asap.

- You have a distinct ability to identify and implement robust, efficient, and scalable solutions that leverage multiple techniques and/or technologies.

- Any degree from IIM / IIT/ BITS / Any Premier Educational Institution will be beneficial, but not mandatory.
