Trade Marketing (From QSR/Food Aggregators Only)
- Develop trade marketing strategies for the Parlour and Retail channels aligned with the brand strategy
- Work closely with the respective Regional marketing team and regional heads (Parlour and Retail) to cater to their requirements and drive marketing strategies in the respective regions
- Support with marketing activities for new store openings.
- Work in tandem with the brand manager and the internal creative+copy team for parlour/retail creative.
- Understanding our Regional presence, local trends and demands
- Up to date Market Intelligence & Competition Analysis and trends- Monitors competition (New Products/Promotions etc.)
- Drive Region specific promotional activities
- Monthly field visits, and MIS reports for weak and new stores.
- Delivery of all planned brand marketing activity on time, within budget while also working on ways to improve processes
- Identify relevant events for the brand across the country and execute the same.
This position reports to the Head - Marketing and a team of Field Marketing executives reporting to this position.
Key Skills:
- 5+ years of relevant Trade Marketing experience in FMCG, QSRs, Food aggregators or in Food Retail driving Marketing
- Demonstrate Creative thinking for designing collaterals
- Manage multiple regions / projects, defining and adhering to time scales and delivering excellent execution
- Be a self-starter and have a great capacity to work autonomously
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong communication, relationship building and management skills.
- Strong implementation & execution skills
- Strong team handling experience
